Whole Food Supplements

As I studied and prepared to become a Doula, I realized I needed to be at my optimal health in order to provide the best possible care to my clients.   A nutritionist shared with me that I needed to get more fruits and vegetables in my daily diet.  But sometimes that is not possible each day.   So taking Juice Plus+ provides a great foundation.
